We offer you a choice of 3 differnt webmail clients ... Horde, SquirrelMail and RoundCube. Each vastly different from the other, yet all very fast and easy to use. You can use either of them at any time, you can swap and change as you please.
IMAP, POP3 and SMTP
Use IMAP to access your emails directly from our server, or POP3 to have quick offline access. You can send emails from any location using our SMTP (email) server. All of these protocols support secure internet connections.
Automatic Mail Client Configuration
When accessing an email account through a desktop email application such as Outlook Express®, the email application will require specific information about the email account. In the majority of cases, you will be able use our auto-configure feature to automatically configure your deskbound email application. Naturally, you can still use the webmail features as well.
Webmail
Our webmail clients are like email software in your browser! With their sleek design, their dimintuitive layout and advanced browser functions such as right click menus and drag ‘n dropping of messages and layout panels, many customers actually use nothing other than our webmail applications!
Spam and Virus Protection
Our email clients give users full control over their spam and virus settings. You can set the sensitivity of the spam filter, automatically discard viruses, purge old spam messages, add addresses or domains to the whitelist/blacklist and more.
Calendar
Keep track of your appointments and events and automatically track recurring events. Keeping in style with the webmail interface, the calendar supports simple drop boxes to move appointments and to change their start or end times.
Autoresponders and Vacation Messages
Send an automatic response to any email received from a particular address, or use a vacation message to send a canned response to all emails received.
Notes, Tasks and Options
The notes feature allows you to write and edit notes or other pieces of information and store them for later use. The tasks feature allows you to schedule and prioritise tasks, and to keep track of their progress. Options allows you to customise the appearance of your webmail browser. For example, you can customize how the time is displayed, and how the color scheme appears, along with many other settings.
Large File Attachments
Each message and file attachment may be up to 50 megabytes in size.
